GLOBAL Industrial & Logistic Park

The project contemplates the installation and operation of the GLOBAL Industrial & Logistic Park, in the municipality of Nígua, in the San Cristóbal’s province. It is an industrial and service park dedicated to the development, construction and rental of industrial warehouses for the establishment of free trade zone companies oriented to both manufacturing and service processes.

GLOBAL Industrial & Logistic Park has been conceived with the aim to meet the increasing demand for industrial buildings within the sector of free zone in the Dominican Republic. In particular, the park focuses on attracting foreign companies focused on activities such as the manufacture of medium-high technological content, especially manufacture of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, electrical equipment and electronic components. Similarly, the aim is to attract logistics service providers to handle mainly the burden of established companies in the Free Zone of Haina, including PIISA and the Nígua Free Zone.
